Make sure to use white toothpaste without 'crystals', to prevent your mask from getting scratched! Leave on overnight for optimal results. Do it right after the burn the toothpaste should turn black when smeared into the mask. Then, after burning your mask, brush the inside with toothpaste. If you don't dare to do it yourself, ask a professional to help you, for example someone who works in a dive center or an experienced salesperson. Be careful to stay away from the rubber of the mask so that it does not melt. This technique may seem strange, but from experience and having had many different masks, it is an essential step.
